Build customer and partner relationships, address complex technical questions, and collaborate with sales, customer success, support, marketing, and other teams to drive adoption and customer outcomes. Apply expertise in observability, security solutions, application environments, machine data, and AI concepts.

Lead security architecture and technical sales engagements for Splunk’s security business across APJC. Advise CISOs and senior technical leaders on SIEM, threat detection, SOC transformation, and AI-driven security operations. Develop enterprise security architectures, lead competitive displacement campaigns, mentor regional technical teams, create enablement assets and reference designs, and communicate customer and market requirements to Cisco and Splunk product and engineering teams.

Leads ASEAN internal and external communications initiatives aligned with regional business priorities and global themes. Advises senior executives on positioning, media engagement, and reputation management; builds regional media relationships; coordinates agency partners; translates technical concepts into accessible narratives; and supports reputational risk mitigation. Design, architect, and verify high-performance ASICs and subsystems, lead block- and chip-level design and verification, develop reusable code and PD EDA flows, perform lab bring-up and analog testing, and collaborate with mixed-signal and system teams to meet power, performance, and area goals.

Build financial and strategic business cases for AI, security, observability, and cloud investments. Advise C-suite stakeholders, coordinate Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, and tailor global strategies to Spanish and Italian markets. The role carries an individual quota and requires Japanese and English fluency, strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Designs and develops system-level test tools for Cisco Enterprise Wireless Access Point products. Plans and executes functional, manual, system, and automated testing; reviews requirements; expands regression coverage; investigates customer issues; and validates fixes.
