Wasabi hot cloud storage is a new class and category of cloud storage, breaking all traditional barriers and boundaries of storage with a disruptive value proposition of being 1/5th the cost of AWS S3, faster than the competition, with no fees for egress or API requests. - Provide pre-sales technical support for OEM opportunities including discovery, assessments, and solution design.
- Engage with OEM partners to understand requirements and architect Wasabi storage integrations.
- Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical presentations covering Wasabi OEM platform capabilities (WACM, WACAPI, Custom Domains & more), account structure, and data management.
- Validate API integrations and review technical logs during evaluation.
- Support security and compliance discussions including ISO 27001 and data residency requirements.
- Develop reference architectures, integration guides, and technical documentation.
- Act as technical liaison between partners and internal organizations.
- Support partner certification and validation of integrations.
- Provide partner feedback to Product Management to influence the product roadmap.
- Manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously.
- Self-starter with high drive and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for new technologies.
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer/partner-facing technical role.
- Experience with cloud storage, object storage, or S3-compatible systems.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their storage services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of AI/ML workloads and their data storage requirements (training data, model checkpoints, inference pipelines).
- Background in backup, disaster recovery, or data protection solutions.
- Prior experience in an OEM or Technology Alliance Partner environment.
