About the RoleAs a Software Engineer at monday.com, you will:
Collaborate with a small, experienced team of talented developers, working with cutting-edge technologies.
Work closely with Product and Design teams, taking full ownership of features from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Engage in end-to-end development on both the client and server.
Utilize our tech stack, including React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, and MySQL.
Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
Experience building web applications from scratch.
Previous knowledge and experience with AI tools or integrating AI-driven solutions into products is an advantage.
Strong understanding of products and a passion for building software that provides a great user experience.
Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
Degree in Computer Science is a plus, but not required—we value proven talent and experience.
