POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY : The Software Engineer Principal acts as a domain expert and technical strategist. This role is responsible for solving the most complex engineering challenges, driving architectural decisions, and influencing technical direction across the organization. The Software Engineer Principal partners with cross-functional teams, mentors engineers at all levels, and ensures that technology solutions align with business strategy and long-term scalability.
