Your Impact
As a Software Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the backend services of the Partner Hub. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to build robust, scalable solutions, gaining hands-on experience with our production-grade backend stack. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our global partner network, ensuring our platform remains reliable, performant, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of backend features, focusing on service logic, API development, and data processing.
Support the development of backend services using Java, Node.js, or Python.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate backend services with user-facing interfaces via RESTful APIs.
Participate in team design discussions, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure high-quality, scalable code.
Help monitor system performance and assist in resolving backend-related technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate your learning and development tasks.
Collaborate with team members to support the full software development lifecycle.
Maintain a commitment to continuous learning, code quality, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent internship/project experience).
Foundational knowledge of backend development concepts and server-side architecture.
Strong desire to learn and apply new backend technologies quickly.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, scalable results.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic familiarity with Java, Node.js, or Python.
Exposure to web application frameworks (e.g., Spring) and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka).
Familiarity with Git, basic CI/CD concepts, and continuous delivery.
Interest in using AI-powered coding tools to enhance productivity.
A proactive desire to learn how to debug and resolve production issues in a distributed system.
