- Design and develop full-stack solutions that deliver measurable customer value and improve how our teams learn and iterate.
- Work hands-on with customer teams to understand their workflows, shape requirements, and ensure effective adoption of delivered capabilities.
- Define project scope, plan milestones, and proactively clear blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Balance speed, quality, and scope-making thoughtful trade-offs to keep delivery outcomes on track.
- Step into the codebase when needed to accelerate progress or clarify technical direction.
- Capture effective patterns and practices in reusable tools, templates, or frameworks for broader team use.
- Maintain team momentum through clear direction, consistent follow-up, and strong execution discipline.
- Actively leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve developer velocity, quality, and innovation.
