Job Description:
Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity.
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and version process documentation, playbooks, flowcharts, and training collateral; ensure materials are clear, concise, and audience‑appropriate.
Operate process quality controls and change management: track change requests, implement approved updates, and validate adherence to lifecycle gates and standards.
Manage governance artifacts: RACI matrices, stakeholder maps, escalation paths, and approval workflows.
Facilitate continuous improvement: perform process assessments, root‑cause analysis, identify opportunities, and recommend/implement efficiency gains.
Design and deliver targeted learning: develop curricula, run role‑based training, and create just‑in‑time resources for the practitioner community.
Collaborate with portfolio owners, service enablement, delivery readiness, and other stakeholders to socialize changes and operationalize updated processes.
Produce concise communications and operational guidance to support adoption and sustainment of process changes.
Apply project/program management and business analysis to lead/process improvement initiatives and report on process health and metrics.
Education and Experience Required:
5+ years Previous working experience as a Process or Business Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or engineering; advanced degree is a plus
Mastery in English
Lean certification, green belt, or lean process expertise is a plus
Strong experience in process governance, change management, and documentation for service or product lifecycles.
Demonstrated skills in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
Experience developing training and enablement materials; comfortable delivering workshops and creating modern learning assets.
Proficiency creating and maintaining RACI matrices, stakeholder maps, and governance artifacts.
Solid project/program management and business analysis capabilities; results oriented with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft succinct, audience tailored messages.
Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross functional teams.
Familiarity with lifecycle tooling, knowledge management platforms, and visualization/dashboard tools.
Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
