Job Description:J&J Innovative Medicine is looking for a SFE BP (Senior) Manager located in Beijing / Shanghai. The primary role of is serve as BU SFE business partner to maximize sales force effectiveness for BU: develop sales incentive plan, optimize sales structure/ territory, allocate sales target, build up customer segmentation and behavior KPIs, etc.
Role responsibilities:- Design efficient sales force structure and territory deployment
- Incentive plan diagnosis, design and calculation.

Qualifications:
- +7 years of experience in top multinational pharmaceutical companies in SFE / business analysis / commercial operations or consulting companies is strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data analysis results into actionable business insights.
- People management experience will be preferred
- Exceptional communication skill and able to foster a collaborative approach in delivering initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
