The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager is responsible for driving commercial excellence and sales performance across Radiometer China. This role leads initiatives focused on sales force strategy, incentive effectiveness, funnel management, CRM governance, and strategic growth programs to accelerate business performance and enable sustainable growth.

This position reports to Associate Director, Salesforce Effectiveness and is part of the Commercial Excellence organization, located in Shanghai, China, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the design and optimization of sales force effectiveness initiatives, including territory planning, customer segmentation, account prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and drive sales incentive programs, performance management frameworks, and commercial effectiveness metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Own funnel and pipeline management processes, improving pipeline quality, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution discipline.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance opportunities and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Drive CRM adoption, sales process standardization, and data quality improvements to strengthen commercial execution.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives, including key account development programs, commercial excellence projects, and sales capability enhancement efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership, supporting business planning, decision-making, and organizational alignment through data-driven recommendations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Multiple years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Commercial Analytics, Strategy Consulting, or related commercial leadership functions.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing sales performance management, incentive compensation, territory planning, or commercial effectiveness programs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data and performance metrics to drive business decisions and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and partnering with senior commercial stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales performance reporting, and commercial analytics tools.
  • Healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, life sciences, or related industry experience.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience working within a multinational healthcare or diagnostics organization.
  • Knowledge of funnel management methodologies, commercial excellence frameworks, and the Danaher Business System or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, change management, or sales capability development initiatives.
