Job Description:

   

The AI Capability Lead role is essential for accelerating productivity, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation and scalability of the current and future roadmap of the Agentic AI program providing AI powered selling, productivity enablement, and enhanced user experiences for our sales teams, our sales operations teams, and our customer/partner facing organizations across HPE. The AI Capability lead is a cross-functional role responsible for managing and driving the solutioning, and optimization of AI tools, features, and industry-leading solutions within HPE’s Salesforce (SFDC) platform.  This role serves as a bridge between technical capability and business application to ensure alignment with HPE business goals and the seller experience.  This role will be key to ensuring the successful implementation of our Catalyst AI projects and LTP Roadmap for FY’26 and beyond as solutions expand, and usage increases.

This role will:

  • Partner with Global Process Owners, Experience Leads, and stakeholders to translate business needs into defined requirements to deliver AI-enabled capabilities. This role will drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and delivery.
  • Define the AI capability roadmap for the SFDC platform aligned with business priorities (Sales, Partner Experience, Sales Support)
  • Identify opportunity areas where AI can drive measurable improvements in productivity and experience
  • Be responsible for providing centralized governance and engagement and will lead proof of concepts to validate value and usability.
  • Establish governance for AI tool evaluation, pilots, implementation
  • Support objective vendor/tool assessments (TCO, security/compliance, integration feasibility, scalability, reliability, data lineage, latency, and interoperability with existing SFDC apps).
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security, and Salesforce engineering teams to design scalable AI-enabled solutions within SFDC.
  • Ensure seamless integration with core SFDC objects, AppExchange apps, and external systems while maintaining data quality and governance.
  • Partner with IT, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliant, scalable deployments.
  • Communicate progress and results throughout the release cycle
  • Establish and participate in a cross-functional AI governance body for SFDC to ensure alignment across impacted capabilities and processes

About the Candidate:

  • You will have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • You will have typically 6-10 years experience in IT, CRM, Business & Strategy or related discipline
  • You will have experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to provide SFDC Capability experiences and features designed to the HPE sales process.
  • You will have thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
  • You will have thorough understanding of the Software Development Life cycle
  • You will have mastery in English and local language.
  • You will have ability to effectively communicate business processes and how sales tools and capabilities align to those processes.
  • You will have strong stakeholder engagement and can interface at all levels of the organization including Directors / VP level

– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 243,000 in Texas
– Canada: Annual Salary CAD 131,000 - 181,000 in Ontario
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
