Job Summary:
The Sr. Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for key healthcare technology solutions within GE Healthcare. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, product management skills, and good understanding of the healthcare industry.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimization for complex technical products.

  • Translate market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training materials.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred) and experience working with engineering teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and articulate the financial impact of product decisions.
