You will also serve as the primary liaison for CSA Data & Analytics (D&A) initiatives, collaborating with the Services D&A leader to define and execute a clear roadmap — including adoption of Databricks and Power BI — that transforms data into actionable business insights.Job Description

In this role, you will:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for CSA BLD, Escalation, SIGE (Tritonix), and related Contractual Services applications
- Own the wing-to-wing deliverables for CSA analytics products supporting our Contractual Services Business Line and Services Cost & Productivity organizations
- Align technology investments with Gas Power Services Hoshin initiatives and business priorities
- Partner with the CS Value Stream Leader to execute on the Integrated CS Platform roadmap
- Coordinate the work of multiple parallel teams to deliver higher-level, cross-functional outcomes
Desired Characteristics
Technical & Functional Expertise:
- Proven experience applying Agile program management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, with genuine curiosity about industry trends
- Familiarity with data & analytics platforms (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI preferred)
- Solid grasp of SDLC, software product security, scalability, and documentation best practices
- PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or related Project Management certification (preferred)
