Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of applications within the Services domain.
Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deploy fixes promptly.
Collaborate with business and product teams to deliver enhancements and improvements in an Agile environment.
Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and best practices to maintain platform stability and scalability.
Create technical documentation and standardized solutions to enable long-term platform stability and scalability.
Support application integrations with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless workflows.
Provide program ownership and operational oversight for Flex IQ MD, an internal APM application, as it transitions from Business ownership to DT ownership.
Drive strategic planning and execution for Flex IQ MD, supporting its current DevOps phase and positioning it for future integration into Athena as the internal APM solution.
Drive enhancements and sustain momentum for Data Dynamics and other internal applications, including Product Registration and Hybrids Architect.
Support day-to-day execution, tracking, and delivery management for Services programs while partnering with senior team members for strategic oversight.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expanding compliance scope and ensure visibility, support, and follow-through across HR applications.
Qualifications/Requirements:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to learn quickly, understand project context, and contribute effectively from the current stage.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience supporting multiple applications and balancing priorities across operational and strategic initiatives.
Ability to work effectively across business, technical, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage bandwidth across multiple concurrent programs.
