The ExperienceJoin Salesforce's Products and Technology team in Dallas, TX, where you'll serve as a trusted platform expert driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem — including Agentforce and AI-powered capabilities. In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, ensure platform health, and help shape how technology enables Salesforce's core business processes.
What You'll Actually Be Doing- Manage complex user access, technology compliance activities, and data migration tasks end-to-end, ensuring platform integrity and security standards are consistently met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve declarative and data issues in production, partnering with business stakeholders to complete process mapping and deliver moderate-complexity enhancements.
- Execute deployment runlists and environment sync activities, supporting a smooth and reliable Software Development Life Cycle using Agile methodology.
- Identify opportunities to experiment with new tools, practices, and platform capabilities — including AI features — to drive continuous improvement across supported business verticals.
- You have 4–6 years of platform implementation or support experience in an Enterprise IT environment, with hands-on Salesforce Administration and configuration skills.
- You hold Salesforce Administrator (201), Platform App Builder, and Advanced Administrator (211) certifications.
- You're comfortable working independently across user and access management, data tools (Data Loader and Workbench), incident and problem management, and change management processes.
- You communicate clearly — in writing and in conversation — and can confidently translate technical concepts for business partners.
- A related technical degree required.
- You have Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- You bring knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management or Vendor Management System principles.
- You have experience with end-to-end business process mapping across multiple verticals.
- You hold additional Salesforce certifications or have exposure to platform-native AI and automation capabilities.
