Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:

- Strong hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for data migration and mass data loading.
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports and templates and OTBI analyses and dashboards.
- Strong experience designing and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external/internal applications.
- Experience with technical solution design, integration architecture, data conversion, reporting, and system interfaces.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, identifying technical changes, and implementing required remediation.
- Ability to understand complex HR business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Strong experience in unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering solutions in an Agile project environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant, responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits based on business requirements.
- Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analyses.
- Design and develop technical solutions for HCM data migration, transformation, validation, and outbound data extraction requirements.
- Develop and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party/internal applications.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct technical assessments, and recommend optimal technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Support Oracle quarterly updates by performing impact analysis, identifying affected integrations and custom solutions, executing regression testing, and implementing technical remediation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform detailed root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective solutions.
- Design and execute unit, system, integration, and regression testing for technical components and integrations.
- Support deployment and release activities across development, test, UAT, and production environments
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, technical design specifications, integration mappings, test scenarios, deployment documents, and support procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and technical solution discussions as required.
- Ensure adherence to technical governance, development standards, security practices, change management processes, and implementation methodologies.
- Conduct solution design reviews and contribute to technical governance and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior technical consultants, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, developers, testers, business users, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of HCM solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, performance optimization, and enhanced technical capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Take ownership of assigned technical deliverables and ensure solutions are delivered with high quality, within agreed timelines, and in alignment with client expectations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
