Job Description
As the Facilities Site Services Professional, you will provide supervision and assist the site services. You will be requested to work together with the engineer/Supervisor or independently on area of responsibilities which include the cafeteria equipment and services, janitorial services, housekeeping, landscape, pest control, sanitary, transport, urban farming, POS system and dormitory etc. You will participate in Plant Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Plant Tendering, and onsite Discipline Plant Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline.
Responsibilities and tasks:• Fully responsible for the management of a Plant based at a Micron Facility.• Assist in developing scope of work for the provision of provide outsourced services.• Assist in develop standard operating procedure and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works.• Support the estimate of annual budgets required for service contracts.• Attend daily meetings on day-day operation issues and participate actively in resolving issues pertaining to work areas.• Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers.• Able to monitor, audit and enhance site services from internal or external service providers.• Ensure and maintain a high level of safety standards on all the works supervised to meet company goal in safety performance.• Work closely with in-house contractors and service contract providers to meet the performance metric established.• Meet customer satisfaction timely on any feedback and buildings are safe working place for TMs.• To support RBA audit and meet all RBA requirement.• Primary focal point for Plant execution for Electrical systems.• Implements asset integrity programs to ensure the reliability of the facilities operations in a compliant, safe manner based on a total quality approach.• Ensures area managers develop standardized processes, metrics and bench-marking programs.• Utilizes available resources to meet company and departmental goals.• Utilizes metrics to measure and improve performance of systems, equipment that the organization.• Enables area managers and team members to solve problems and initiate improvements.• Ensures area financial budgeting, forecasting, and expenditures for operations and projects are accurate.• Works with Purchasing and other sites to reduce costs and negotiate terms.• Ensures area leaders review trends and end of life data to determine expense budget and capital needs.• Ensures area leaders and experts are included in technical review and coordinating with Facilities Engineering on system designs, changes and expansions.• Develops long term improvement strategies by monitoring area processes and systems.• Makes disciplined business-driven decisions by gathering data and team feedback.• Ensures each area manages and maintains proper procedures and documentation.• Ensures each area deploys and communicates new initiatives, goals and expectations.• Document Discipline Scope• Management Discipline Scope Change Process and documentation.• Provide Plant Procurement Technical Support• Track and Report progress weekly on Plant progress, risk, schedule, cost for Discipline.• Oversee Disciplines installation Q&A assurance and Testing and Commissioning Activities.• Coordinate and Lead Plant Closeout activities for Discipline, Punch listing and verification, Documentation and System Handover
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management/ Building / Site Services with 3 years of relevant experience in similar job function.• Extensive background and possess genuine passion in developing and implementing comprehensive site services and executive communication.• A team player who can help to create a high trust environment while working with team members and contractors.
Hand-on in providing fast response for site services.• Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently.• Good organizational skills and Service attitude• Excellent communication skills and good team working skills, English required• Self-motivated worker• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems• Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
Education Required:• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management/ Building / Site Services or any related field of study. Master's Degree desired.
Experience Required:• Minimum 10-year experience in Facilities Management/ Building / Site Services or any related field of semiconductor plant.
Experience Desired:• Demonstrable experience in the management of Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management/ Building / Site Services for semiconductor Plants and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems• Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others.• Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills - ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
