About the Role

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be an integral part of Zscaler's global Sales and Go-to-Market team, focused on delighting customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and driving a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. You will play a crucial role in cementing our position as a world leader in cloud security by managing a high volume of renewals and contributing to customer success.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
  • Execute High-Volume Renewals: Manage the timely renewal of contracts for customers in the commercial segment with $50K and lower ARR (annual recurring revenue), adapting to threshold changes based on evolving business needs.

  • Drive Customer & Partner Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional experiences and high satisfaction levels for both customers and partners throughout a high-volume renewal workstream ecosystem.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner directly with the Deal Desk, Pricing, Partners, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Account Executives, and end customers to secure on-time contract executions.

  • Champion AI-Driven Productivity: Adopt, master, and champion modern AI tools to efficiently manage tasks, optimize daily workflows, and maximize productivity to consistently meet and exceed targets within a variable compensation model.

  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Develop a strong foundational understanding of Zscaler products to successfully migrate legacy contracts to current SKUs and identify potential upsell opportunities to hand off to Account Executives.

  • AI Tool Integration: Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving capabilities.

  • Relevant Experience: A strong professional background working in high-volume renewals, sales, or account management environments.

  • Transactional Mastery: Proven ability to efficiently manage a large volume of concurrent transactions while consistently hitting performance and financial targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience aligning with stakeholders across deal desk, channel partners, and customer success teams.

  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills tailored to handling high-velocity workstreams.
