About the role

As a Senior Project & Program Manager, you will be managing complex projects and programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and business areas, with significant responsibility for the strategic aspects of delivery

Key responsabilities:

1. Independently managing highly complex and high-risk projects (local and international) throughout their full lifecycle, including multiple teams, cross-functional and transformational projects, covering:

  • managing the schedule, budget, and stakeholders,

  • managing the work of cross-functional, distributed project teams,

  • monitoring and reporting project progress,

  • ensuring project alignment with business objectives,

  • ongoing management of project changes and risks, including their mitigation,

  • preparing for and participating in critical decisions and resolving conflicts.

2. Designing and developing original improvements to project processes, concepts for system solutions, and organizational solutions of an individual nature. 3. Close cooperation and communication with stakeholders, including project team members, business partners, and vendors.

4. Creating and developing project documentation of a creative nature, including:

  • standards, procedures, and guidelines,

  • models of project processes and activities,

  • conceptual and presentation materials of an individual, original nature.

5. Mentoring Project Managers and contributing to the improvement of PMO practices.

6. Where necessary, taking on required roles within managed projects, including the role of Product Owner, Release Manager, Scrum Master and/or cooperating with individuals performing these roles.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling fluent spoken and written communication.

  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to combine them in a hybrid model, confirmed by certificates (mandatory requirement).

  • Practical, advanced knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing projects, including advanced projects involving large teams, multiple vendors, and several parallel initiatives.

  • Knowledge of elements of IT architecture, security, system integration, and cloud solutions at a level enabling effective cooperation with IT departments.

  • Basic knowledge of AI tools supporting the work of a Project Manager.

  • Higher education, preferably in management-related or related fields; postgraduate studies will be an additional advantage.
