About the Role
As a Senior Product Software Engineer, you will take ownership of complex engineering initiatives, lead the design and development of product features, and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Technical Delivery
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Apply strong coding, testing, and documentation practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and usability by identifying bottlenecks and applying engineering best practices.
- Contribute to high‑level architectural discussions as well as hands‑on implementation.
DevOps, CI/CD, and Operational Excellence
- Build and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure‑as‑code leveraging Terraform, Ansible, and related tooling.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps to support frequent, reliable delivery.
- Implement secure development and deployment practices, including secrets management and certificate‑based security.
- Partner closely with DevOps and Release Management teams to coordinate deployments with minimal risk.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, Customer Support, and peer engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure delivery quality.
- Communicate updates, decisions, and risks clearly and promptly
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment
Agile Ways of Working
- Lead and Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to transparent progress through sprint metrics and documentation.

Quality Engineering & Testing
- Ensure code quality through thoughtful testing strategies, including automated testing where appropriate.
- Partner with QA on comprehensive test coverage and production readiness.
- Support release readiness reviews and contribute to post‑release retrospectives.
Data, API, and Integration Work
- Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs and integration points.
- Work with relational databases, prepare data for analytical workflows, and ensure data quality and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, J2EE, XSLT, XML.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Ability to work across functions like Quality engineering, Support and Operations
Preferred
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with statistical or mathematical problem‑solving in applied software contexts.
- Exposure to large‑scale enterprise SaaS architecture.

Compensation:
$111,300.00 - $194,300.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
