About the Role
Our Product Managers help bring our mission to life through the design, build, implementation, and iteration of tools that power financial independence. In this role, you will lead our risk management initiatives, owning key delivery milestones and goals centered on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our products and services.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership and accountability for the risk management product portfolio, ensuring robust frameworks are in place to assess and mitigate risks across our platforms and operations
- Collaborate with internal risk teams, data security, legal, and external risk assessment agencies to ensure our solutions comply with risk mitigation standards across all partners and jurisdictions
- Lead the end-to-end definition, delivery, and go-to-market deliverables for risk management initiatives you oversee
- Identify and implement scalable risk management capabilities ahead of business growth plans
- Streamline and automate processes to improve the time to market for risk-related changes and new initiatives
- Leverage your platform and process design expertise to ensure cross-functional adoption of risk management best practices (e.g., trading, middle office, operations, and data)
- Manage third-party relationships, including technology vendors, insurance providers, and third-party risk assessment partners, in support of risk management
- Analyze large datasets across platforms and partners to identify, track, and mitigate potential risks, focusing on data integrity, accessibility, and risk governance
- Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics that illustrate the effectiveness of risk management products
- Partner with project managers, engineering teams, and other product owners to deliver solutions that mitigate risk and enhance overall business resilience
What You’ll Need
- Product leadership skills with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including but not limited to risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Experience developing and implementing internal controls and processes to ensure effective risk management across products, teams, and external partners
- Proven ability to design, implement, and operate risk management capabilities for retail and institutional customers
- Ability to lead by example and act as a “player/coach,” driving change across the organization and influencing key stakeholders in the risk management space
- Comfort in navigating complex customer, trade lifecycle systems, and workflows, emphasizing identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to oversee and communicate across a cross-functional team in a matrixed environment
- Ability to prioritize and focus team efforts on critical risk areas amidst ambiguity and complexity
- A track record of successful engagement with external counterparts in the financial industry, including brokers, clearing firms, insurers, and third-party risk management providers
- Alignment with DriveWealth’s Operating Principles, including accountability, teamwork, transparency, urgency, and integrity
Additional Requirements
- FINRA Series SIE, 7 & 4 registrations, or a commitment to acquire within the first year of employment (with support from your manager)

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

$150,000—$200,000 USD
