Build risk taxonomy, appetite, RCSA, control testing, issue and event management, KRIs, resiliency and BCP. Build AI-native tooling to automate control testing and evidence collection, hire and develop a risk team, and represent Risk to regulators and auditors.

As a Business Development Executive, you will lead B2B sales in financial services, develop strategic relationships with C-level executives, negotiate agreements, and execute market strategies.

Build, maintain, and monitor batch, streaming, and replication data pipelines; translate business needs into data solutions; enforce data modeling, orchestration, and quality best practices; participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing; enable self-service curated data products and semantic layers for analytics and compliance.

Lead design and delivery of full-stack React/TypeScript front-end and Java back-end features for a high-throughput, low-latency trading system. Drive architecture, mentor engineers, integrate AI-assisted tooling, own testing standards (unit and E2E), and partner with product, quants, and trade desk stakeholders to build scalable, secure trade desk applications.

Own end-to-end payroll and benefits operations for US and Lithuania, support payroll system implementation, ensure regulatory compliance and tax filings, manage benefits administration and reconciliations, maintain audit/IPO readiness, coordinate immigration timelines with external counsel, analyze payroll costs, resolve payroll issues, and optimize processes for automation and data hygiene.

Build and scale Java backend services for the Party & Account System managing onboarding, KYC, account lifecycle, and clearing integrations. Deliver high-availability REST APIs and Kafka-driven asynchronous workflows, partner with product/compliance teams, monitor EKS/Postgres/DynamoDB/Redis systems, and ensure regulatory and performance SLAs are met.

Provide escalated operational support for global B2B clients on an API-based investing platform. Troubleshoot client issues, triage and document cases, coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Onboarding and Product, improve workflows and documentation, contribute to client enablement, and participate in weekend support coverage.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ultra-low-latency, high-throughput trading systems. Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, event-driven platforms (Kafka/Kubernetes), CI/CD and automated tests, and support 24x7 production operations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborate with Broker Dealer Operations, and improve performance, reliability, and scalability for multi-asset trading.

Design, build, and operate core Web3 platform services for wallet operations, transaction orchestration, settlement, and blockchain integrations.
