As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical hands-on role in driving the strategic direction and success of our company's Planning and Measurement product vertical, one of the strongest-performing areas in the business. You will start as an individual contributor (IC), focusing on directly shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution. Success in this role will open the opportunity to grow into a player-coach model, where you will lead and mentor a team as the vertical continues to scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, data science, and executive leadership—to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management and deep expertise in audience activation, analytics, and measurement techniques. You should bring passion and experience in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance.

You will…

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Planning and Measurement product line.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories in close collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success—to gather input, align priorities, and ensure successful product launches.
  • As the product vertical grows, take on a player-coach role, mentoring and guiding a high-performing team of product managers while continuing to contribute directly to key strategic initiatives.

You have…

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in product management with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the B2B, AdTech, and MarTech space
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading the delivery of actionable insights solutions, including managing their rollout and scaled delivery phases.
  • Worked in an agile environment where needs and priorities can shift as the market evolves
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration)

Compensation Package

  • The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 plus $20,000 bonus.  Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Our hybrid policy offers employees an office for when they want one. We have offices in New York and Reno, Nevada. Bombora also hosts annual Company-wide kickoffs in January, so employees get a chance to fly into our NY office to meet fellow Bommies.
