We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run.

Our platform powers ~245,000 companies worldwide, helping teams work smarter, scale faster, and reimagine how work gets done. With 2,500+ people across the globe, we grow through transparency, collaboration, and a culture that values impact over hours. We support our people with flexible work, wellness benefits, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Since launching monday CRM in 2022, we’ve grown to 25,000+ paying accounts (and 30,000+ active users), making it one of the fastest-growing CRMs on the market. Our dedicated CRM organization already includes 100+ team members across product, design, and R&D, and in 2025, we’re expanding with new tools and AI-powered features that will transform how companies sell.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, the core of the monday CRM experience. This team builds the workflows that help sales teams capture leads, manage pipelines, and close deals faster, powered by flexibility, AI, automation, and data-rich visualizations.

You’ll play a high-impact role, owning the end-to-end design of complex features and influencing the direction of one of monday.com’s most strategic products. You’ll collaborate across functions, mentor other designers, and shape the future of revenue workflows for thousands of businesses worldwide.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the design of one of monday.com’s fastest-growing products. You’ll work at the intersection of workflows, automation, data, and AI, helping businesses worldwide manage revenue better, faster, and more flexibly.

You’ll join a growing CRM organization with over 100 teammates, meaning you’ll have the resources, peers, and support to make a real impact while continuing to grow as a design leader.

At the same time, the CRM org operates like a startup within a global company, fast-paced, innovative, and full of ownership opportunities, while benefiting from the scale, stability, and culture of monday.com.
