About Us:
Grow was born to tackle a critical challenge: making mental health care more effective and accessible for everyone. Since launching in 2020, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, and we've barely scratched the surface. We do it through a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Every solution we build reveals ten more waiting to be delivered, and that's just what gets us going. We've backed that ambition with more than $328M in funding, including our Series D at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.
At Grow, the work you do can literally change someone's life. Your work here doesn't stay on a screen; it impacts whether someone can find, afford, and access quality care. That ambition sets us apart, and offers you an endless runway to impact one of the world's most urgent issues. We don’t have passenger seats here. Everyone is driving something that matters.
This work deserves real commitment. So if you thrive on meeting problems head on, untangling serious complexity, and working at pace with the sharpest yet kindest people around, you've come to the right place.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a performance marketer who wants to get their hands on the channels where most people first discover Grow. You'll sit on our paid media team focused on client acquisition, supporting day-to-day buying, analysis, and creative testing across paid social - Meta, TikTok, YouTube - plus creator and affiliate paid partnerships and a growing set of emerging channels. You'll report to our Performance Marketing Manager leading paid social.
This role is a blend of hands-on-keyboard media buying, real analytical work, and creative judgment. The best fit for this role questions assumptions and digs deeper when the numbers don't add up, rather than accepting surface-level explanations. You have a deep understanding of how paid social channels work and are motivated by the thought of helping us to build a best in class program. You balance attention to detail with a bias toward action - you ship experiments quickly, learn fast, and iterate. You're excited by the challenge of unlocking growth in competitive markets where the obvious tactics are saturated, and you're energized by mission-driven work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns - account structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, creative strategy (in partnership with growth and creative) and pacing against target
Build and run a high-velocity creative testing roadmap in partnership with our creative team: write the briefs, design the tests, read the results, and scale what works
Turn performance data into decisions - build your own reporting and analysis, identify lenses for channel measurement and evolve those over time, and bring recommendations
Support channel strategy and planning: forecasting, budget scenarios, marginal efficiency analysis, and weekly and monthly performance reporting
Help scale creator and affiliate paid partnerships: collaborating with agencies, sourcing and evaluating creators, briefing, and measuring performance (in close coordination with our influencer marketing lead and other growth/creative teammates)
Stand up and test emerging channels from proposal through launch and read, building the case for where we should place our next bets
Contribute to how we measure - incrementality and geo-lift testing, privacy-safe conversion tracking, and attribution in a channel mix where clean click-based attribution isn't always available
Partner cross-functionally with creative, data, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle, finance, and legal to improve the funnel end to end
Manage platform and vendor relationships day to day, holding partners accountable to what we need from them to reach our goals
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 3-5+ years in performance marketing with direct, hands-on paid social buying experience - you've been the person in ads manager, not just the person reading the report. Meta and TikTok experience is required; YouTube is strongly preferred
You've had experience scaling volume while managing to an efficiency target (CAC, ROAS, or LTV:CAC) for direct consumer acquisition, and you can talk about the specific decisions that moved core KPIs
You're analytically self-sufficient - you build your own pulls, you're fluent in spreadsheets and AI / BI tools (experience with Claude/Hex/Looker/Tableau is a plus), and you can take lead on both reading out test results and investigating when numbers don’t line up
You have strong creative instincts and a track record of briefing and iterating with creative partners. You can articulate and execute a testing framework
You take a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to performance, and you know how to isolate whether the issue is creative, audience, auction dynamics, landing experience, or measurement
You're extremely organized and comfortable prioritizing across a high volume of campaigns, tests, and partners
You have a point of view on how to measure channels where attribution is imperfect
Bonus points for:
Experience in healthcare or another regulated category with constrained tracking
Creator or affiliate paid partnership buying experience
Experience with incrementality or geo-lift testing, media mix modeling inputs, and/or an experimentation platform
App install acquisition experience with a mobile measurement partner

Grow Therapy Insights
What We Do
We bring together clinical expertise, always-on tools, and deep insights so clients can improve their lives, providers can build practices they're proud of, and businesses can offer more effective, more efficient care. We believe mental health is a never-ending pursuit, and we build toward that progress every day. For our team, that means a day's work can literally change someone's life. So, if you thrive on directly impacting lives, meeting complex problems head on, and working at a pace with some of the sharpest, kindest people, you've come to the right place. What We Value Build for our loved ones. This work is personal to us. When you deeply care about someone, you'd run through walls for them. Everything we build is based on that urgency and the standard we'd want for the people closest to us. High bar, high care. We expect excellence from ourselves and each other. Our mission demands it. We also expect ego to take a backseat, humanity to drive a culture of growth and feedback, and everyone to support each other as we chase ambitious goals. Change is the job. We see ambiguity as an opportunity. Everything is changing all the time: the world, the landscape, our company, and ourselves. For us, success is driving change, and resilience is essential to succeed. We act and adapt fast, then adapt again. Our Team Grow was founded by a team from Harvard Medical School, Stripe, and Blackstone, pairing clinical depth with experience building infrastructure at scale. That combination of bold vision and rigorous care shapes how Grow leaders show up today: with a humility that gives everyone else permission to do the same. That same spirit runs through the rest of the team. We've grown fast — from 5 to 600+ teammates in 5 years — and while we're a long way from day one, the mindset hasn't changed: no egos, no silos, no "sounds like a you" problem. People here are sharp, humble, and invested in getting it right, and they show up for each other with the same care they bring to the work. The Backing to Build What's Next We're backed by investors who believe in what we're building, including Sequoia Capital, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, TCV, Transformation Capital, SignalFire, and Plus Capital. With $328 million raised at a $3 billion valuation, this backing reflects something bigger than capital: it's a vote of confidence that Grow is the team equipped to take on one of the hardest, most consequential problems — getting people the mental health care they need.
