Owns Grow Therapy’s client acquisition funnel from awareness through first booking. Own provider-side product marketing at Grow Therapy, leading go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, segmentation, lifecycle channels, and product adoption. Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to translate features into compelling narratives, manage email and in-product marketing, run experiments, analyze performance, and incorporate provider feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into marketing and product strategy.

Lead strategy and execution for search and discoverability across SEO, AEO, YouTube, forums, and emerging channels. Build measurement, experiments, tracking, and cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Content, and Data to drive durable organic growth, manage agencies, and scale the Search & Discoverability organization.

Lead end-to-end product strategy and delivery for Grow Therapy's employer products, manage live employer accounts, and build future employer-focused features. Own paid channels, funnel optimization, experimentation, growth measurement (CAC, attribution, funnel analytics), and cross-functional alignment with Partnerships, Sales, Product, Data, and Finance to scale efficient, high-quality pipeline.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization. Responsibilities include establishing secure defaults, CI guardrails, security requirements, threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure coding education, roadmap ownership, and hands-on code review. The role partners closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and services teams to secure applications, microservices, and AI features while enabling efficient development.

Supports clients and therapists through phone and live chat by troubleshooting billing and platform issues, explaining insurance benefits, educating users, and identifying root causes for Product teams. The role advocates for customers, resolves problems, meets conversation-volume metrics, and adapts to changing priorities in a fully remote startup environment.

Own the authorization-denial pipeline, identify payer-level trends, build automated workflows, manage authorization staff and outsourced teams, conduct quality and productivity oversight, and lead payer and partner escalations.
