Lead lifecycle and retention strategy and execution across onboarding to long-term loyalty. Own measurement, cohort/LTV/churn analysis, experimentation, and lifecycle channels (email, push, in-app, SMS). Build and manage a lifecycle team, partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Creative to drive measurable retention outcomes, inform roadmap decisions, and scale lifecycle programs across customer cohorts.

Lead end-to-end creative production and operations: plan, execute, and deliver digital campaigns, social, video, and print; manage capacity, vendors, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination; design and document scalable workflows; run kickoffs, reviews, and postmortems to ensure brand alignment and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Own and build Grow Therapy's data security infrastructure: automated data classification, field-level masking/tokenization, encryption and key management, secure data connectors to AI tooling, and access controls. Define a multi-year vision, implement pipelines and services, and partner across Data, Engineering, and Detection & Response to make secure-by-default the company standard.

Lead and scale a horizontal Business Analytics team supporting multiple operational functions. Define analytics strategy, build dashboards and KPIs, translate ambiguous questions into actionable insights, coach analysts to deliver recommendations, and adopt AI tools to improve team effectiveness. Communicate findings to senior leadership and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy and execution.

Lead B2B brand planning and marketing strategy for Enterprise, Payor, and Partnerships. Own positioning, messaging, audience insights, integrated campaign roadmaps, and creative briefs. Coordinate cross-functionally with product, creative, research, and analytics to ensure brand alignment, run strategic sessions and reviews, implement scalable planning rhythms, and measure campaign performance to refine strategy.

Partner with business leaders to define and operationalize KPIs, build scalable dashboards and data models, perform deep analyses to uncover insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Deliver recurring and ad-hoc analyses, ensure data accuracy and accessibility, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate workflows while validating results for impact on growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Translate product, clinical, and research work into compelling media narratives, run integrated earned and owned campaigns, manage proactive and reactive PR around milestones, and align executive, clinical, and partner messengers. Build reporter relationships, manage agencies and timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and coach teammates to improve processes and campaign execution.

Lead and execute Grow Therapy's multi-year Security Engineering roadmap. Build secure-by-default infrastructure (auth, authZ, logging, egress), drive data security and systematic data tagging, develop org-wide security scorecards, enable automated least-privilege and vulnerability management, and influence AI-native security and security culture across product, platform, and compliance teams.

Own and improve company operating rhythms (Biweekly Business Review, OKR cycles, executive cadences, Town Halls). Design and facilitate executive offsites, manage OKR planning end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional planning with Chiefs of Staff, run executive meeting logistics and communications, and leverage AI tools to automate and improve operational workflows.

Define and scale reliability practices across the company by creating SLO/SLA frameworks, improving observability, evolving incident response, building self-service tooling and scorecards, and driving cross-team adoption to enable teams to build and operate reliable production systems at scale.

Lead Grow's AI Enablement team to define and execute the company-wide AI roadmap. Build and operate core AI infrastructure (data pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, model access, connectors, and governance) with PHI compliance. Architect integrations and APIs enabling agentic workflows, drive delivery of high-priority LLM and AI-assisted care use cases, and manage vendor governance, procurement, and cross-functional alignment.

Lead org-wide developer experience and AI-enabled developer workflows. Identify and solve high-leverage bottlenecks across build systems, monorepo tooling, CI/CD, and test reliability. Drive standards, enable monolith-to-modular migration, embed with product teams, mentor engineers, and deliver AI-native developer tooling and adoption at scale.
