Owns operational readiness, monitoring, testing, issue resolution, change management, and retirement. Partners with Operations leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy application, attendance, leave issues, and frontline manager coaching. Own the architecture and development of Grow’s GTM systems for physician referrals, EAP, and Provider Experience. Build HubSpot data models, integrations, automations, AI agents, referral workflows, attribution, governance, monitoring, and self-healing processes across multiple commercial motions. Establish technical standards and integration patterns, ensure scalable handoffs and data quality, and help shape the future GTM Systems team.

Leads commercial finance and revenue operations for provider recruitment and PCP/EAP businesses. Builds forecasting, pipeline management, data models, reporting infrastructure, dashboards, governance, and AI-enabled GTM workflows. Partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations to improve planning, territory allocation, capacity management, executive reporting, and scalable operating processes.

Own strategy and execution for new payor and employer offerings, including Grow’s next-generation EAP product. Deepen payor partnerships, define product vision and MVPs, design end-to-end healthcare workflows, and navigate authorizations, contracts, claims, reimbursement, and payor requirements. Partner with corporate development and cross-functional teams to shape ambiguous early-stage opportunities, balance near-term outcomes with platform investments, and deliver impactful healthcare products.

Over a 12-week internship, the Software Engineering Intern will join a product engineering team, own a scoped project, contribute production code, investigate bugs, participate in development ceremonies, collaborate cross-functionally, and present the project’s technical approach and impact. The role is hybrid in New York City, requiring onsite work three days per week.

Build Grow Therapy’s native Android app from the ground up as the founding Android engineer. Own architecture, developer tooling, testing, CI/CD, production releases, observability, security, and consumer-facing features. Set Android standards and technical direction while partnering with product, design, iOS, and backend teams. Own Grow’s audio marketing channel across podcasts, streaming, and experimental placements. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing show, vendor, and partner relationships; negotiating sponsorships; developing testing and scaling roadmaps; optimizing host-read and run-of-network campaigns; establishing measurement using promo codes, vanity URLs, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling; analyzing performance; and partnering with creative and leadership on channel strategy.

Leads Learning, Content, and Quality teams within Shared Services. Owns the strategic vision, operating models, onboarding curriculum, train-the-trainer programs, knowledge bases, quality processes, performance metrics, and AI enablement strategy. The role develops high-performing teams, reduces frontline ramp time and turnover, creates closed-loop feedback systems, and aligns training outcomes with operational KPIs while scaling support operations.

Build and advance application and product security across the engineering organization. Responsibilities include establishing secure defaults, CI guardrails, security requirements, threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, secure coding education, roadmap ownership, and hands-on code review. The role partners closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and services teams to secure applications, microservices, and AI features while enabling efficient development.

Lead and scale the iOS engineering team, own mobile technical vision and architecture, drive high-quality shipping and CI/CD, mentor and grow engineers, partner with Product and Design on roadmap, use data to measure impact, and foster a high-trust culture across a remote-first organization.

Own strategic health-plan partnerships from concept through launch and ongoing performance.
