The Team You'll Join
You'll be part of Mirakl's Americas go-to-market organization, led by Nicole Tiberia, SVP, Sales Americas. Together, the team is driving Mirakl's growth across the region by building the partnerships and go-to-market motions that translate strategic relationships into measurable revenue contribution.
Your Impact
  • Own Mirakl's partner strategy with top global systems integrators and consultancies, serving as the primary relationship owner across these firms.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, converting partner relationships into measurable contribution against shared goals.
  • Build Mirakl's SI and consulting partner go-to-market motion from the ground up, including enablement materials, referral processes, co-sell mechanics, and joint marketing programs.
  • Establish reporting and measurement frameworks for partner pipeline contribution, giving leadership clear visibility into what's working.
  • Act as the connective tissue between partners, Sales, and Marketing - keeping strategy and execution aligned so partner activity consistently translates into results.

What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
  • 6+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or retail technology
  • Demonstrated experience owning named relationships with global systems integrators and consultancies such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Publicis Sapient, PwC, BCG, McKinsey, or Bain
  • Proven track record driving partner-sourced leads and measurable pipeline contribution
  • Experience building new partner GTM motions and materials from scratch, rather than inheriting an established program
  • E-commerce background strongly preferred; OMS or supply chain experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required

Skills:
  • Partner strategy development in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • Building GTM motions, enablement materials, and co-sell processes from the ground up
  • Senior stakeholder relationship management at global SIs and consultancies
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and leadership

Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role. OTE reflects total target compensation, reflective of base salary and variable compensation (e.g., commission or bonus) . Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity. OTE Pay Range
$187,000 - $237,000 USD
