The Role

Veeva QualityOne is expanding in Korea, and we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help build the market for QualityOne across regulated manufacturing industries such as cosmetics, food & beverage, and chemicals.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a marketer who can turn global product strategy into local market demand. You will work closely with the Director, QualityOne Korea and regional marketing leadership to create segment-specific campaigns, build local thought leadership, and contribute directly to pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Korea GTM marketing execution for QualityOne, adapting global strategy to local customer segments such as cosmetics brand owners, OEM/ODMs, F&B manufacturers, and chemical manufacturers.
  • Create localized content and sales enablement, including Korean whitepapers, executive presentations, campaign messaging, customer stories, event themes, and sales-ready materials.
  • Plan and execute high-touch field programs such as executive roundtables, webinars, association events, and account-based campaigns focused on quality, supplier governance, compliance, audit readiness, and operational scalability.
  • Partner closely with sales to prioritize target accounts, support account planning, improve MQL-to-SQL conversion, and connect marketing activity to measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Build local market awareness through Korean-language thought leadership, trade media, industry associations, partner ecosystems, and customer-facing events.
  • Manage campaign operations, budget, reporting, and performance analysis using marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with APAC and global marketing teams to localize messaging while sharing Korea market insights back into regional and global planning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Korea, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, manufacturing technology, supply chain, PLM, ERP, MES, quality, or compliance-related solutions.
  • Experience building demand for a new product, category, market, or business unit where brand awareness and market education were still developing.
  • Strong hands-on field marketing and demand generation experience, including ABM, executive events, webinars, content campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent Korean writing skills with the ability to create clear, executive-level content for customers, campaigns, and local thought leadership.
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales or business leadership and connect marketing programs to pipeline generation, conversion quality, and target-account engagement.
  • Strong analytical and operational discipline, including campaign measurement, budget management, and CRM/marketing automation usage. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Professional English fluency for collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to cosmetics, consumer goods, food & beverage, chemicals, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with QMS, document control, supplier quality, PLM, ERP, MES, audit management, or regulatory/compliance workflows.
  • Prior experience as an early or founding marketer for a global B2B SaaS company in Korea.
  • Existing network with Korean cosmetics brand owners, OEM/ODMs, industry associations, regulatory advisors, or manufacturing technology partners.
