Job Description:

   

Defines high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level. Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies. Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop forward-looking market intelligence on key components and infrastructure (e.g., semiconductors, memory, AI/data center supply chain)
  • Analyze supply-demand dynamics, capacity trends, and pricing outlook (ASP) to inform sourcing strategy
  • Track and assess supplier strategies, competitive positioning, and industry shifts
  • Build quantitative models (e.g., TAM, supply-demand balance, pricing scenarios) to support decision-making
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, finance, and business teams to align market insights with procurement decisions

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain function. 3–5 years of relevant experience in market intelligence, equity research, or industry analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven ability in quantitative analysis and financial/market modeling
  • Strong understanding of technology supply chains (semis, hardware, infrastructure preferred)
  • Experience working with market data, pricing trends, and industry forecasts
  • Proficient communication in English
