Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As Senior Manager, Workplace Experience, you will lead Zocdoc’s workplace operations and employee experience across all of our US offices. As Zocdoc continues to grow and evolve, this role will play a key part in ensuring our workplace environment scales with the business and creates an organized, high-service, and engaging office experience that supports our employees and enables our teams to do their best work. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the company to ensure our offices effectively support collaboration, productivity, and an exceptional workplace experience. You will lead and develop the Office Operations team and oversee the programs, services, and partnerships that shape the day-to-day across our offices. This includes office operations, workplace amenities, events, vendor management, and office infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Zocdoc’s workplace environment evolves alongside the needs of our teams and supports a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Your day-to-day is…
- Guiding and supporting the Workplace Experience team in creating a well-organized, high-quality workplace environment across Zocdoc’s US offices
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our offices, including reception, office services, mail, supplies, and overall workplace functionality
- Shaping and evolving Zocdoc’s workplace ecosystem, including food and beverage offerings, guest and visitor services, workplace amenities, remote offerings, wellness programs, and company swag
- Creating engaging workplace experiences through internal events such as milestone celebrations, cultural events, team offsites, and company-wide gatherings
- Partnering with leaders across the business to ensure our workplace environment supports collaboration, productivity, and a strong employee experience
- Building and maintaining a strong vendor ecosystem, including negotiating contracts and ensuring consistent service delivery across offices
- Maintaining and strengthening landlord and real estate relationships for Zocdoc’s US offices, including coordinating with building management and guiding office construction or improvement projects
- Translating employee feedback from surveys and conversations into improvements to the workplace environment
- Working closely with IT and People teams to support onboarding, workplace readiness, and business continuity planning
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 8+ years of experience in workplace operations, office operations, or workplace experience roles
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling teams that perform, and tout an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative culture
- Experience managing vendors and external partners, ensuring consistent service and quality across the workplace ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders across the organization
- A service-oriented mindset, with a belief that great workplace environments help teams do their best work
- A thoughtful and respectful approach to leadership, treating colleagues, guests, and partners with professionalism regardless of title or tenure
- A compassionate, consultative, and confident approach with a nothing too big, nothing too small attitude
- A fundamental understanding of urgency and a passion for getting results (we move fast around here!)
