Own the UX research strategy for patients or healthcare practices, leading mixed-method qualitative and quantitative studies across product teams. Define user needs, shape ambiguous opportunities, evaluate concepts, establish measurement and tracking programs, and combine behavioral data with research insights to influence product strategy and business outcomes. Build scalable research infrastructure, partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Data Science, mentor junior researchers, and represent UX Research in leadership forums.

Support lifecycle marketing by building, testing, and deploying email and in-product campaigns. Manage audience segmentation, perform QA, set up tracking, maintain database hygiene, code HTML emails, build reports/analysis, and collaborate with lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns on time.

Lead and develop a Technical Implementation Specialist team delivering complex enterprise integrations from discovery through launch. Drive implementation speed, quality, customer adoption, and provider growth while identifying risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps. Improve processes, tooling, training, and content through cross-functional collaboration. Support escalations, use data for prioritization and coaching, and build a culture of accountability, ownership, urgency, and continuous learning.
