Manage SMB healthcare provider accounts to drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, booking volume, and practice performance. Build relationships with stakeholders, conduct client meetings, train provider teams, address objections, resolve issues, manage multiple onboarding projects, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with sales and operations teams while owning performance metrics, monthly commission goals, and customer satisfaction outcomes.

Own the UX research strategy for patients or healthcare practices, leading mixed-method qualitative and quantitative studies across product teams. Define user needs, shape ambiguous opportunities, evaluate concepts, establish measurement and tracking programs, and combine behavioral data with research insights to influence product strategy and business outcomes. Build scalable research infrastructure, partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Data Science, mentor junior researchers, and represent UX Research in leadership forums.

Support lifecycle marketing by building, testing, and deploying email and in-product campaigns. Manage audience segmentation, perform QA, set up tracking, maintain database hygiene, code HTML emails, build reports/analysis, and collaborate with lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns on time.
