職務の目的

  • 売上目標の達成: 日本市場におけるData360のACVおよびCCR(Customer Consumption Revenue)拡大を牽引する。

  • チームの指導と育成: Account Executive(AE)チームをマネジメントし、高いパフォーマンスを維持・向上させる。

  • 戦略的顧客関係の構築: エンタープライズ顧客との強固な関係を築き、アップセル・クロスセルを促進する。

  • 大型案件の推進: Big Dealの初期フェーズからクロージングまでを、AEと協働しながら戦略的に推進する。

主な職務内容 (Responsibilities)

営業戦略の立案と実行

  • 日本市場におけるData360の市場シェア拡大に向けた営業戦略を策定・実行する。

  • 四半期・年間の売上目標達成に向けた計画を立案し、チームを率いて実行する。

パイプライン管理と予測精度の向上

  • 営業チームのパイプライン(案件)を管理し、売上予測の精度を向上させる。

  • 週次フォーキャストミーティングを実施し、クロージング戦略についてAEをコーチングする。

チームマネジメントと人材育成

  • 優秀な人材の採用・オンボーディング・目標設定・評価を行う。

  • AEの継続的なスキル開発を支援し、ビジネス開発および商談管理における成長を促進する。

大型案件・戦略的案件の商談支援

  • 大規模案件や戦略的案件において、エグゼクティブプレゼンスを発揮し、AEのクロージングを支援する。

  • 案件の初期資格審査からクロージングまで、ディールストラテジーとコーチングを提供する。

部門間連携

  • マーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、製品チーム、およびグローバルチームと緊密に連携し、包括的な顧客体験を提供する。

  • シニアセールスマネジメントへの売上活動・フォーキャストのレポーティングを実施する。

エンタープライズ(Enterprise)

  • 通信、TTH(Travel / Transportation / Hospitality)、製造、自動車、大阪エリアなどの大手企業セグメントを担当。

  • 複雑な組織構造・長期的な商談サイクルに対応できる戦略的営業力が求められる。

GB/MM(Mid-Market)

  • 中堅企業セグメントを担当。

  • エンタープライズ営業とアジャイルな営業プロセスを組み合わせ、効率的にパイプラインを拡大する。

CBU(Commercial / SMB)

  • 中小企業セグメントを担当。

  • 高速なトランザクション型営業を推進し、量と質の両立を実現する。

  • 法人営業経験: SaaS、データマネジメント、またはIT・ソフトウェア業界における大手企業向け営業(エンタープライズ営業)の豊富な経験。

  • マネジメント経験: 営業チームのリーダーまたはマネージャー経験(売上目標数値に責任を持った経験)。

  • Big Deal推進力: 複雑・高額案件を戦略的に推進し、クロージングまで導いた実績。

  • 高いコミュニケーション能力: 日本語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力、英語力(グローバルチームとの連携に必要)。

  • 数値意識: 売上予測精度の管理、KPI・メトリクス管理能力。

  • CRM/データ領域の知見: Salesforce製品またはデータマネジメントプラットフォームに関する知識・経験があれば尚可。

Skills Required

  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales for SaaS, data management, or IT/software industries.
  • Experience in managing a sales team with revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in strategically driving complex and high-value deals to closure.
  • Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to manage sales forecast accuracy and KPI metrics.
  • Knowledge or experience with Salesforce products or data management platforms is preferred.
