Working across Product, Marketing, Markets and Channels, you’ll help turn commercial insights into impactful portfolio decisions that fuel growth and innovation!

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the Markets & Channels “One Voice” approach for the global promotional portfolio strategy, including Gift with Purchase (GWP) and Mini Builds.

  • Partner with Product & Marketing Development teams to shape new concepts and influence portfolio direction from early development stages.

  • Consolidate and prioritise feedback across global markets and channels to optimise portfolio deployment and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Licensing and Extended Lines teams to develop a licensing portfolio which maximises overall portfolio impact and synergies with our Core portfolio.Collaborate with Core and Licensing & Extended Lines to maximise promotional effectiveness and unlock portfolio synergies.

  • Analyse portfolio performance, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements to support commercial growth and retail differentiation.

Do you have what it takes

  • Strong experience working in global or regional commercial roles with a good understanding of the impact of business drivers on portfolio performance.

  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, commercial strategy or portfolio management.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations.

  • Excellent collaborator management and communication skills, with confidence influencing cross-functional and senior partners globally.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while navigating through ambiguity and driving execution.

  • Strong project and process management skills, with experience working across regions and global teams.

  • Fluency in English - both written and verbal (CV to be submitted in English).

The Commercial Portfolio Management team plays a critical role in shaping the global portfolio strategy from a commercial and execution perspective, partnering closely with Product & Marketing Development to influence portfolio decisions and drive impactful shopper experiences. The team also supports Markets & Channels with portfolio deployment guidance, strategic recommendations, and global best practices.

Based in Billund or Copenhagen, you’ll report to the Head of Commercial Portfolio Management and join a high-performing specialist team focused on portfolio development, differentiation, segmentation, and assortment recommendations across global markets.
