About Us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

The Senior Manager, Clinical Quality leads Grow's Clinical Quality branch, owning team performance and clinical quality outcomes across a network of 26,000+ independently licensed providers. You will manage Clinical Quality Specialists, set the clinical standard for what good looks like across the branch's workstreams, and operate as a highly independent leader who drives results without requiring close direction. This role is the day-to-day owner of Grow's provider quality program, from data interpretation and network management to MIC standards, VBC performance monitoring, and payor audit readiness. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Payor teams to translate clinical quality priorities into organizational action.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations, managing performance directly, and building a team that surfaces problems and drives solutions independently

  • Own provider quality program and define what quality means at Grow, setting and maintaining the clinical standard across the provider network, and driving measurable improvement in provider quality across the network

  • Oversee MIC program integrity and VBC performance monitoring by ensuring Grow is on track against payor contract targets, identifying clinical risks early, and partnering with Operations and Product to close gaps

  • Manage payor audit readiness and clinical risk monitoring across priority payor relationships, ensuring the branch is proactively identifying and resolving risk rather than reacting to it

  • Represent the Clinical Quality branch cross-functionally by communicating program performance, clinical priorities, and trade-offs to leadership and partners clearly

  • Identify issues across all branch workstreams, drive toward resolution independently, and surface blockers with a clear recommended path forward

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You hold an active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)

  • You have 5–7 years of clinical quality experience, with demonstrated ownership of a quality program end-to-end

  • You have direct experience managing a clinical quality team and are comfortable addressing performance directly and constructively

  • You have working knowledge of measurement-informed care, outcome measures (PHQ-9, GAD-7), and value-based care performance monitoring in a behavioral health context

  • You can look at a set of KRs and quality metrics, identify the work required to move them, and execute

  • Experience with payor audits, documentation compliance, or network quality management in a telehealth or 1099 provider model is a strong plus

What We Do

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress. We see technology not as a layer on top of care, but as the connective tissue that helps it grow — and we believe that building it is some of the most important work there is. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more. More support, more clarity, more tools. Because mental health isn't a destination. It's a practice. And we are building the platform, the products, and the partnerships to make that practice possible for everyone. We are more than a marketplace — bringing together clinical expertise, always-on tools, and deep insights to help clients improve their lives, providers build practices they're proud of, and businesses offer demonstrably more effective and efficient care. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, with 220M lives covered. Each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. Like the people we serve, we are in a process of becoming. Solving one problem. Making progress. Moving on to the next. Our founders come from Harvard Medical School, Stripe, and Blackstone — pairing bold vision with a culture of balance, belonging, and whole-person wellness. We're proud to be backed by Sequoia Capital, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, TCV, Transformation Capital, SignalFire, and Plus Capital. Progress doesn't happen on its own. It happens because of talented individuals who build for the people they love.

Why Work With Us

At Grow Therapy, we believe well-being isn’t just a perk—it’s part of how we work. From clinicians to engineers, every voice helps shape the care we build. Our mission-driven team is rethinking mental health care, supported by flexible PTO, paid winter recharge, mental health breaks, no-cost therapy through our platform, and wellness perks.
