Are you ready to take ownership of inventory control at a strategic level? We are looking for a Senior Inventory Control Specialist to join our ESST Supply Chain team in Tallinn. In this role, you will drive process improvements, lead automation initiatives, and ensure full compliance across our stocktaking operations - while developing the specialists around you and leading projects.

What You Will Do
- Identify and propose new technologies and methods to improve inventory management, including benchmarking with other Ericsson entities and external companies
- Lead improvement and automation projects related to inventory management and stocktaking operations
- Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation for the stocktaking team
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, and global and local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the MH Process Control Specialist to identify process risks for inventory discrepancies and develop mitigation plans
- Train and onboard new stocktaking specialist
You will also have the chance to:
- Analyze stock data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and drive corrective actions
- Plan and coordinate regular and annual stocktaking activities at ESST
- Own and drive stocktaking KPIs and performance indicators
- Lead internal inventory control audits at ESST and participate in audits as required
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Material Handling, or Finance
- High-level knowledge relevant inventory control regulations, policies, and procedures
- Proven track record of leading and delivering improvement projects
- Strong analytical skills - able to use data to drive decisions and improvements
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English
- SAP/ERP experience; PowerBI dashboard creation skills are a strong advantage
