Own physical-aware ASIC synthesis flows, constraint development, QoR optimization, and timing closure for high-performance, low-power SoCs. Execute floorplan-driven synthesis, integrate with place-and-route, analyze timing and congestion, manage technology libraries, perform equivalence checks, and support STA signoff across PVT corners. Collaborate with RTL, P&R, DFT, and design teams through tape-out readiness. The role requires expert Fusion Compiler skills, strong SDC and Tcl capabilities, and experience with advanced-node ASIC tape-outs.

Lead architecture and strategy for enterprise storage across OpenStack, Kubernetes, Hyper-V, cloud-native and hybrid environments.
