Our Mission

You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked.

We’re here to give power to the patient.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more.

Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting. We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking.

Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Integration Health Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our system integrations. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations between various applications, platforms, and third-party services. The ideal candidate will proactively identify potential issues, resolve system errors, and work closely with development and operations teams to maintain seamless data flow and system connectivity. They will build and maintain secure Claude Code and Glean tooling that improves integration triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and QA while applying evidence-based verification, human review, and measurable quality controls. In addition to technical responsibilities, this role also includes leadership in process improvement, training, and communication across teams and stakeholders.

  • Ensure Compliance & Security – Adhere to industry standards and best practices, including data protection policies and system security.
  • Document Processes & Solutions – Maintain thorough documentation of troubleshooting procedures, integration updates, and system workflows.
  • Team Leadership & Communication:
    1. Owns Training Initiatives – Develops and leads training sessions to elevate team knowledge and performance.
    2. Acts as a Point of Escalation – Handles complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and resolution support.
