The Role
Description

monday.com is looking for a Senior Strategic Events & Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of global events and regional programs that create meaningful engagement with our customers, prospects, and internal teams. This highly cross-functional role combines leadership across two core areas:

  • Internal strategic events like global SKOs, company kickoffs, and executive offsites
  • Field marketing that support demand generation and market growth in conjunction with our annual customer flagship conference and other events.

You’ll work closely with global marketing, sales, product, and people teams to build scalable, high-impact experiences aligned with monday.com’s brand, business goals, and regional priorities.

We’re seeking a strategic thinker and flawless executor who thrives on collaboration, understands global and regional nuance, and can bring events to life with purpose, creativity, and commercial impact.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role
  • Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for global and cross-functional events, including Internal Sales Kickoffs (SKOs) and global company kickoffs
  • Define and manage event goals, budgets, timelines, and KPIs across all touchpoints — pre, during, and post-event
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure integrated event experiences aligned with company priorities
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships and ensure seamless, high-quality production across regions
  • Partner with regional marketing, field sales, and GTM teams across regions to define and execute localized marketing and event strategies
  • Ensure global strategy is adapted to regional goals, cultural context, and customer needs while maintaining brand consistency
  • Align closely with sales teams to support pipeline acceleration, upsell, and customer retention efforts
  • Act as the key point of contact between global and regional teams, enabling knowledge sharing, alignment, and best-practice adoption
  • Build and evolve scalable frameworks, playbooks, and post-event reporting to drive continuous improvement and cross-regional visibility
  • Monitor performance of regional and global programs against key KPIs, including pipeline influence, attendance, satisfaction, and ROI

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event management and/or regional marketing within a high-growth SaaS or tech company
  • Proven success in leading both global strategic events and regional/localized programs
  • Deep understanding of how to design experiences that influence pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align with global marketing, regional GTM, and executive teams
  • Experience managing complex projects across time zones, cultures, and internal stakeholders
  • Data-driven with a track record of tracking and reporting on performance and iterating for impact
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce event platforms (e.g. Bizzabo, Cvent); familiarity with monday.com is a plus

What monday.com can offer you:
