We solve complex frontend challenges, from advanced state management to high-performance, canvas-based interactions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will:- Take an end-to-end responsibility for complex projects from design to deployment.
- Find the smallest possible increments to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible.
- Partner closely with Product and UX to dissect complex requirements into well-designed and well-executed software.
- Lead technical design decisions and tradeoffs, balancing long-term architecture with immediate product needs.
- Be a core contributor to our Engineering Group, ensuring our frontend and core packages remain performant and scalable.
- Act as a mentor and technical guide, elevating the team through constructive code reviews and sharing your expertise.
- Drive projects forward independently and proactively dispatching roadblocks.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in building robust, complex web applications with a mastery of frontend development.
- Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to drive projects independently, showing persistence and autonomy in the face of technical hurdles.
- Ambition and eagerness to excel and commitment to continuous growth
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills to translate a broad product vision into actionable technical tasks.
- Motivation for solving customers' problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace
