Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on system design and development for the needed business requirements supporting various Business Units.
- Work across the GBS organizations including teams responsible for requirements, solution architecture, quality assurance and production support.
- Deliver standard (and Custom as required) solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, Power Apps, MS Flow, Rest APIs, Power shell scripting, Workflows, Client-Side capabilities (utilizing Angular JS, JQuery, JavaScript etc.), Search capabilities, forms, deployment, and administration.
- Ensure that solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability, and security point of view and that are done on time with highest quality.
- Ensure that standards and guidelines are created for all aspects of technology being used in the delivery.
- Ensure that all delivery artifacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines.
- Provide support and maintenance for the services being offered to the business and the environments in which they are offered.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching associates in various aspects.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by working across technical teams to enhance the systems, processes, and controls to ensure effective development, monitoring, and support is in place.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong software development experience of at least 6 - 9 years of experience working in project initiatives with SharePoint Online
- In-depth knowledge of standards/technologies including SharePoint online, CSOM, Power Apps, MS Flow, Power shell scripting, HTML 5, CSS 3, Custom Web Parts etc.
- Strong knowledge in client-side scripting frameworks like JQuery, React.js, Bootstrap for responsive design
- Strong knowledge and best practices for SharePoint customizations
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Designer Workflow, Nintex workflow and Forms development
- Understand SDLC phases. Experience using one or more of Waterfall, Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices
Education: bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
