Squarespace Compensation & Benefits Highlights

  • Parental & Family Support — Parental and family leave is described as up to 20 weeks paid for birthing and non‑birthing parents, with adoption and foster placement included and consistently referenced in 2026 materials. This breadth positions caregiving support as a standout element of the total rewards.
  • Healthcare Strength — Medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependents, plus behavioral‑health resources such as Headspace, EAP, and telehealth, are highlighted, with employer‑verified listings still describing top‑tier coverage in 2026. Wellness tools and telehealth access reinforce the depth of the offering.
  • Leave & Time Off Breadth — Time off is framed as flexible/“unlimited” PTO, and company materials and employer‑verified listings echo this approach in 2026. The policy is positioned to encourage unplugging and recharging across teams.
