Own the multi-year platform strategy, grow engineering leadership, drive consolidation and modernization, establish adoption and service metrics, and improve internal developer velocity. Partner with product, infrastructure, design, security, data, and commercial leaders on architecture, investment, and company-level planning while balancing internal teams, external developers, and end-user outcomes.
