The Senior Professional, Business Process Management job establishes, communicates and provides guidance that drives adoption and governance of business process management frameworks and methodologies across the organization. With minimal supervision, this job collaborates with various partners to ensure the effective implementation of business process management practices across the organization. The Process Intelligence Senior Developer prepares business‑relevant information and leads technical efforts to deliver intelligent process insights through advanced analytics, process mining, and data‑driven solutions. This role ensures teams have the data, process maps, and metrics needed to generate timely, accurate, and actionable insights by strengthening core capabilities in data management, data engineering, and decision‑support applications. The Senior Developer builds pre‑transformed data assets and designs scalable backend and front‑end solutions to support reporting, visualization, and advanced analytics, while partnering closely with data engineering teams on complex platform and infrastructure initiatives. The role evaluates and implements new process mining features that drive sustained process change at Cargill and plays a key role in advancing end‑to‑end process excellence through optimized solutions, a strong process culture, and consistent execution. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, this role delivers information products that identify, drive, and sustain process improvements. This position is based in Bangalore.
Key Accountabilities
- INTELLIGENT PROCESS INSIGHTS: Build pre‑transformed data assets and perform data extraction, transformation, and preparation to deliver actionable insights for reporting and advanced analytics needs.
- ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION: Model, design, develop, test, and implement complex backend and front‑end solutions to enable business‑ready visualizations, reporting, and advanced analytics.
- PROCESS MINING: Develop predictive analytics and what‑if simulation algorithms to drive forward‑looking process insights, collaborating with data engineering teams on complex infrastructure and platform solutions.
- EXPAND INTELLIGENCE CAPABILTIES: Configure future‑state processes and build conformance and data models that expand intelligence capabilities for process lifecycle adherence, while proactively monitoring ETL pipelines and data accuracy and delivering data enhancements (e.g., new fields and mapping tables) to strengthen analytical insights.
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & PROCESS COMMUNITY: Stewards business process management standards across the organization and partners to drive disciplined business process management. Participates as an active member of the process community, sharing knowledge, building relationships across teams, and supporting other initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma training and Black Belt attainment.
- Confirmed skills of enabling data content for reporting or analytics solutions
- Confirmed skills in querying relational databases with query language (ex. SQL)
- Confirmed experience working with large data stores
