- The Mobility Carrier & Services Analyst is responsible for defining, governing, and operationalizing global mobility policies and service frameworks. This role ensures consistent, compliant, and cost-effective management of mobile services by establishing standards, driving adoption, and managing operational excellence. The position partners with vendors, engineering teams, procurement, and regional stakeholders to deliver aligned mobility services that balance user experience, security, and efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Own carrier strategy and service integration across global regions, ensuring reliable connectivity, optimized plans, and alignment with enterprise mobility objectives
- Manage carrier relationships and performance, driving accountability on SLAs, service quality, coverage, and issue resolution
- Optimize mobile service cost structures, including plan design, usage governance, and lifecycle management to reduce spend while maintaining service quality
- Drive operational excellence for mobility services, including incident management, escalation handling, and continuous service improvement
- Enable automation and reporting capabilities for mobility services, including usage analytics, cost visibility, and service performance tracking
Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise mobility, telecom, or carrier service management
- Strong knowledge of mobile carrier services, plan structures, roaming, and global service delivery models
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive performance against SLAs
- Experience with mobility provisioning models (e.g., eSIM, dual SIM, zero-touch enrollment, carrier activation workflows)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing service performance and cost optimization
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams (engineering, procurement, finance, security)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global mobility programs or large-scale enterprise carrier environments
- Familiarity with mobile security frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience with automation and reporting tools (Power BI, scripting, or similar)
- Understanding of mobile lifecycle management, asset tracking, and service governance
- Industry certifications related to mobility, telecom, or endpoint management
