What you will do -
- Perform inventory reconciliation within the Mako-Stryker ERP system and third-party logistics (3PL) locations.
- Reconcile inventory transactions, including shipments and receipts, to ensure accuracy and control throughout the supply chain.
- Support and expedite commercial inventory requests to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare cycle count variance reports and communicate findings to leadership.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies by comparing system records to physical inventory counts and resolving variances.
- Review, maintain, and update inventory SOPs and work instructions as needed.
- Provide support outside of standard business hours to meet business and workload demands.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need -
Required
- 3+ years of experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory tracking and counting mechanism principles
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including meeting quality standards for services
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred
- Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Associates degree
$24.54 - $33.68 USD Hourly
