Reprocesses and manages surgical instruments in a hospital Sterile Processing Department. Responsibilities include decontaminating, assembling, testing, wrapping, and containerizing instrumentation according to manufacturer instructions, HSPA/AAMI standards, and hospital policy. Maintains instrument lists, coordinates repairs and replacements, tracks equipment, supports operating room and SPD teams, and assists with process improvements. The role requires rotating and on-call availability, physical stamina, troubleshooting ability, and occasional travel to other accounts.

Leads instructional design, onboarding, continuing education, quality strategy, and training curriculum for OnSite Specialists and trainers. Develops multimedia learning materials, assessments, guidelines, and performance metrics; mentors trainers; maintains LMS records and resource guides; and ensures compliance with manufacturer recommendations and AAMI, HSPA/IAHCSMM, AORN, and Joint Commission standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports product training for endoscopy and sterile processing, and periodically travels to training centers and customer accounts.

Partners with technology, facilities, procurement, HR, legal, privacy, and regional security teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture, site design, business processes, resilience, and growth.

Provides executive and operational support to the Vice President of Compliance and other leaders. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel and leadership meetings, tracking action items, supporting communications and business updates, maintaining Microsoft collaboration platforms, processing invoices, assisting with budgets, coordinating vendors, and contributing to special projects and process improvements.

Develop and integrate features for a robotic-assisted orthopedic platform across software, hardware, implants, and surgical instrumentation. Translate clinical needs into system requirements, design inputs, and acceptance criteria; develop prototypes; conduct experiments, testing, troubleshooting, and trade studies; analyze data; and maintain requirements traceability and design documentation.
