As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll serve as the IT and analytical liaison to Uline's Finance team, driving automation initiatives, process improvements and reporting enhancements that improve efficiency and support business goals. You'll apply advanced critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges, provide technical leadership and deliver scalable solutions across our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor to Business Systems Analysts, sharing expertise, providing feedback and helping elevate team capabilities.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define objectives and deliver reporting, workflow and system enhancements.
Review solution designs, requirements, documentation and testing results to ensure solutions meet business needs and project goals.
Tackle complex business and system challenges, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions with minimal disruption to operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using programming languages and automation tools such as VBA, Python and similar technologies.
Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
