How You Will Make an Impact
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational objectives
- Assess structure, policies and operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced planning
- Compile, analyze and present complex data to support decision-making on current and future operations
- Create detailed reports, charts and presentations to propose strategies for successful business changes
- Develop project estimates by identifying phases, required personnel and associated costs
- Analyze external market dynamics and data sources to uncover trends and present actionable recommendations to management
- Recommend improvements that leverage new technology or alternative applications of existing systems
