Summary Generated by Built In

monday.com is seeking an experienced, versatile analyst to join the Office of the CRO. This is a senior role with pivotal, company-wide impact and high visibility. You will assume ownership of key data reporting and research flows covering monday.com’s core agendas. Your contributions will directly impact our business strategy, strategic cross-company processes like planning and target setting, and play a critical role in optimizing monday.com's growth.

  • 3+ years of industry experience as a business analyst, with strong leadership engagement. This is an ideal role for individual contributors seeking high impact without the complexities of a managerial position (experience at SLG companies is a plus).
  • Demonstrated record of conceiving, designing, and deploying successful data analytics projects that drove significant business impact (interesting failures are also welcome).
  • Excellent SQL skills; proficiency in at least one popular BI tool such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Advantage - proficiency in a scripting language used for data analysis (e.g., R, Python), or familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
