Main responsibilities:
Actual reporting:• Ensure accurate and timely performance of CoE Manufacturing activities (closing & reporting)• Reviews evidence and reporting related to trials, scraps and other non-standard material usage, scrap valuation• Analyses Deviations vs Plan of all conversion costs to ensure prompt capture of opportunities and timely identification of errors and risks aimed at mitigating business impacts and associated financial risks.• Prepares cost estimates for strategic New Product Developments (NPD) coordinating the communication with responsible teams• Coordinates year-end landing estimation for plants• Calculates fix cost over/under absorption for plants
Planning/forecasting:• Calculate losses + variance analysis for OP Planning Cycle• Prepare and review the budgets for Plant conversion costs (DVL/OVC/DVE/FC) + variance analysis for budget purposes• Supervises costing runs process (conversion cost allocation to individual SKUs to generate OP conversion rates in SAP, which will be the base for all IBR costing runs in a calendar year) during OP Planning Cycle• Provides support to Plant Controllers on information necessary for the completion of budget/ forecast/ reports (in Standardized template)• Validates volume during budget process
Other:• Bussines partnering with Plant controlling team and other CoE Finance teams - provide support and guidance in terms of Conversion/ Manufacturing reporting• Activelly participate on simplification and harmonization of processes and support improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy and timelines of reporting• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team, coach and train new team members
Requirements:• University degree or equivalent in Finance and knowledge of accounting principles• Flexible and able to react positively to change approach, proactive in solving problems• Good logical and analytical skills and attention to detail• Experience working in an international environment and a profound understanding of MS office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP (manufacturing and reporting modul), BI /AI and FiT advantage• Ability to conduct training/able to work under pressure to meet deadlines• Good communication skills, team player• Fluent in English
