The Senior Analyst, Associate Relations & Compliance, APEC supports the Associate Relations & Compliance function by managing case administration, compliance tracking, reporting, data analytics, and governance processes across the APEC region. The role serves as a central resource responsible for the administration and integrity of case management systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and compliance trackers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting regional risk management objectives.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining the operational effectiveness of the Associate Relations & Compliance function by enabling investigators, HR leaders, and other stakeholders to focus on complex investigations, associate relations matters, compliance reviews, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives. The role provides analytical insights, identifies emerging trends and risks, supports data-driven decision making, and helps ensure consistency in case management practices and reporting across APEC.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Associate Relations, Compliance, Risk Management, Shared Services, Operations, Analytics, or a related field requiring strong data discipline and stakeholder support. .
- Experience working with case management systems, databases, trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, or compliance-related processes.
- Advanced proficiency and technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.) used for reporting, collaboration, and document management.
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and sound judgment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Associate Relations, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Investigations, HR Operations, or Risk functions.
- Experience supporting regional or global organizations in a matrix environment, preferably across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards, scorecards, data visualizations, and recurring executive-ready reporting.
- Familiarity with NAVEX or similar ethics, compliance, investigation, or case management platforms.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Case Management Administration
- Administer the NAVEX Case Management System and other Associate Relations and Compliance case-tracking platforms for APEC, ensuring records are accurate, complete, current, and appropriately documented.
- Support the end-to-end administrative case management, including case opening, data entry, categorization, status updates, closure administration, and audit-ready record maintenance.
- Ensure case records are maintained accurately, completely, and in accordance with established standards and reporting requirements.
- Monitor open case aging, closure status, missing documentation, overdue actions, and data quality exceptions; escalate issues for follow-up as appropriate.
- Identify and escalate data integrity issues, overdue actions, and reporting gaps.
Reporting, Analytics & Dashboard Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance continent and market dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership, Associate Relations, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze case trends, risk indicators, investigation metrics, and compliance data.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting materials for leadership meetings and governance forums.
- Support workload analysis through data insights.
Compliance & Governance Support
- Maintain continent and market compliance trackers and governance reporting mechanisms.
- Support audit, compliance review, and regulatory reporting requests.
- Ensure consistency of data, reporting methodologies, and performance metrics across markets.
- Monitor adherence to established Associate Relations and Compliance processes and reporting requirements.
- Assist with documenting standard operating procedures and process enhancements.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Recommend improvements to case management workflows, reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking systems.
- Support implementation of new technologies, reporting structures, and process enhancements.
- Help standardize reporting and data governance practices across APEC.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with Associate Relations leaders, Senior Directors of HR, HR Managers, Compliance partners, and other stakeholders across the continent.
- Provide guidance and support regarding reporting requirements, case administration processes, and data management standards.
- Coordinate information requests and reporting needs from regional and global stakeholders.
